How to Return and Exchange
If you want to return or exchange after you get the items, you can do as follows
Send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org to apply return or exchange.
Note: Please specify the mail subject (such as return, exchange). In the emails we need your order number, detail of the problems (such as broken, dirty). Anyway the more detail of your questions, the faster we can solve it for you.
We will reply your email to confirm return in 24 hours.
You return the cloth to our return address. And send the track number to our email address: email@example.com. Please do not forget to add a paper (write the order number and the reason why you return) in the package.
If return, we will arrange the refund after we receive your return. If exchange, we will arrange resend to you in 3 business days after we receive your return. And we will send you the track number to your email later.
